Shipment Policies

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.


We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 15 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 25 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our other store or due to unavailability of fabric. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same.

• The order will be ready to dispatch within 7-15 days depending upon the availability of Size and fabric.
• Domestic delivering period will be 3-4 working days from the dispatch date.

• International delivering period will be 7-10 working days from the dispatch date.
• If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

• While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. In that case we would inform the situation to you, and the unshipped part of your bill would be refunded back to you at the earliest.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at + 91-9929222888 (11am-8.00pm) 7 days a week or mail us at info@rohitkamra.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
